Daniele Confalonieri never misses a beat. Popular for relaxed early evening

MY SPRITZNESS Serve in a chilled wine glass – “it will be perfect to keep the glass in a freezer overnight”. Pour 50 ml of Campari. Fill the wine glass with ice. Top up with ice cold spumante. Finish with a drop of maraschino liquor. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, orange peel and mint leaves.
