The People’s Republic of Noodles (PRON) is bubbly Emma Chen’s funky food passion project – a far cry from her fine dining eatery, Red Chamber.
“I wanted to create a relaxed, colourful street food style environment that fights back criticism about how fatty Chinese food is, and kicks the supposed tempura prawns and spring rolls staples to the curb.”
