The grooming staples you are never without are…The most important one is self love. When you look good, smell good and think smart, you do good. People will always treat you the same way you treat yourself.

Your all-time favourite gadget? I was never a gadget person. I preferred music and my father had a vinyl player that was really fascinating.

The single object you would never part with? My siblings, my life. I also thank God for technology: I’m addicted to my phone and laptop.

Your favourite drink? Water. It brings life into our lives.

The restaurant you frequent most often? I love home cooked food but when we spoil ourselves, Fair Lawns Boutique Hotel and Spa gives an amazing spoiling session.

Your personal style inspirations? I'm inspired by world queens. They carry so much integrity and dignity through the way hide their bodies. I'm gradually gravitating towards that direction with my style.

The book on your bedside table? A dictionary, a notebook and an addictive book I got in Las Vegas: It's not how good you are but it's how good you want to be, by Paul Arden. I love his writing, he is very concentrated.

The last meal that truly impressed you? Dinner at Life for the SA Style Awards. I'm a vegetarian and I was beyond impressed and pleased with the catering.

The last music you downloaded? My younger brother’s mix soundcloud.com/thefijis/dear. He is everything.

The thing you are eyeing next? Owning a concept store. To create a new world of innovation. To create an orphanage for the homeless. And to own a proper car!

The one thing you will always find in your fridge? Fruit, vegetables and cheese.

The best gifts you’ve received? The gift of life. Being able to live my dreams is also the best gift of all.
