Mia Widlake is the creative genius behind Studio 19 design studio, and we’ve been fans of her minimalist designs, bespoke interiors, and luxury lighting for years.
Some of her newest designs have caught our fancy, in particular these ball-shaped Oak Ball Hooks, for R228 each. The oaks are crafted locally from oak, and are also available in blackened oak. We say a few mounted on a wall become a sculptural feature in their own right.
We also have our eye on the Bird Hooks (which look like birds flying south in the winter), plated in brass and copper, for R384 each, with a powder-coated black variant at R198 per hook.
One thing’s for sure, it will be a hard task covering up these beauties with your winter coats and scarves.
