Give a classic G&T a fruity twist with this easy cocktail recipe.

Half a fresh granadilla
1 tot gin
1 tsp simple syrup
Stem of mint leaves
Tonic water


1) Place the ice in a tumbler.
2) Scoop the granadilla pulp out into the glass.
3) Pour in the gin and the syrup.
4) Top with the tonic water.
5) Add the mint, give the cocktail a quick stir and serve.
