Midsummer Solstice Bramble
What you'll need:
- 50ml Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice
- 20ml lemon juice
- 12.5ml sugar syrup
- Crushed ice
- 5ml Crème de Mûre
- Blackberries
- Lemon wedge
Method:
Add the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup to a glass over crushed ice. Mix and drizzle with the Crème de Mûre. Garnish with blackberries and lemon wedge, then serve.
