To toast their inclusion in “The World’s 50 Best Bars Brands Report” by Drinks International, bartender Alex Kratena of London’s award-winning Artesian bar has created this celebratory Ketel one vodka cocktail:
40ml Ketel One vodka
30ml Suze liqueur
15ml fresh lime juice
15ml agave syrup, diluted 2:1
(2 parts agave nectar, 1 part water)
30ml fresh guava juice
1 dash bitters
- Shake all the ingredients with ice and fine strain into a glass.

It’s a collaboration between five of the valley’s top wine makers and Wade Bales. Expect the pristine fruit purity and zesty acidity so typical of this wine region, with concentrated aromas of nectarines, dessert peaches, and Golden Delicious apples leading to a finish as long as the Breede itself.
