Beyoncé’s IVY Park and Adidas, just in time for Valentine’s Day, are releasing IVY HEART, a capsule collection inspired by love. As with the acclaimed previous offerings, IVY HEART is an inclusive collection with gender-neutral sizing in fashion styles, performance gear, footwear, and accessories.
Love, more importantly love of one’s self, is the core of this release, which focuses on bold and sexy looks for all. There are ample colours, designs and graphics to mix-and-match from the gym to the club.
“This cinematic campaign focuses on the guiding thematic colour behind the collection. In the Western world, red is commonly associated with love, romance and sensuality. While in the East, red is attributed to good fortune and joy. Wherever you are, it’s clear that this colour represents positivity,” said Adidas in the IVY HEART release.

A diverse cast of models lead the campaign, including actress Karrueche Tran, actor Tyson Beckford, singer/songwriter/actor Troye Sivan, model and actress Shu Pei and actress/comedian Naomi Watanabe. Five footwear styles will be included in the collection. Highlights are an off-white iteration of Adidas’s classic Stan Smith with a rubber-dipped midsole, and a new silhouette; a mule inspired by Adidas’s Superstar sneaker that is dubbed the IVP Superstar Plim. The standouts in the apparel collection are a velour dress and tracksuit, a faux-latex puffer and a sequin duster. The capsule also offers 10 accessories, including a five-panel hat and a clutch.
The collection will be available at adidas.co.za on February 9-10 at Sandton Flagship, V&A Waterfront, Canal Walk, Gateway, and Mall of Africa Originals stores.
