Palesa Mokubung has crafted her design house, Mantsho, as an uncompromising exploration of femininity. With bold silhouettes, delicate fabrics, and an explosion of striking prints, the brand has stitched itself deeply in the design DNA of South Africa.

Building on the empire that she has built over the past 16 years, Mokubung has recently launched a lustrous rug collection that mirrors her design doctrine.

Mantsho’s latest collaboration is with Airloom, which is known for quality décor products that don’t break the bank. This has become Mokubung’s springboard for building a new empire that explores décor, with “fashion floor art” being the first step.

The rugs are currently available in three colours: gold, blush, and ocean, featuring the brand’s signature flower motif among decorative tribal prints.
