It happens to me all the time: that catchy, street-style headline that stops me dead in my tracks and has me clicking through in the belief that I’m about to discover the final word on fashion trends. I’ll be starting the day with an intelligent scroll through my Twitter feed to catch up on the morning news and there it appears — a few choice words on an essential, timeless, must-have, street-fashion find — and I hurtle off into deepest fashion space, convinced that I’m about to go where no fashion lover has gone before.

Today’s one was a real corker. “This is Officially the Most Popular Brand with Millennials,” pronounced WhoWhatWear.co.uk, with all the authority ofamaBhungane uncovering the latest political scandal. These fashion flurries are short-lived, as I soon discover that the headline promises so much more thanthe content delivers. I hurry back to the real world, vowing never to be caught again. (The millennials are all swooning over Lululemon, by the way. It’s a niceenough Yoga-wear brand, but hardly likely to change anyone’s life.)

So, while I’m resolving to resist the quick-fix fashion promise, I’ve resigned myself to the fact that the next time someone identifies that all-important, single item of clothing Olivia Palermo has in her wardrobe this season, I’ll be clicking through all over again.

I hope you find this Wanted men’s winter style guide equally irresistible. We know that there’s a huge amount of fashion information out there, so we have edited the winter looks and must-have (there’s that phrase again!) accessoriesinto an inspiring and carefully curated lookbook for winter.

Enjoy it, and do let us know if you find something you like.
