While Darling Brew’s big bottles and distinctive branding can now be found all over the country, their home is here, in Darling’s Main Street. On road trip through Africa, Kevin and Philippa Wood visited a microbrewery and realised they could create one too – in Darling. The rest of their trip served as research. The brewery’s taproom, Slow Quarter, offers each of the company’s five beers, or a tasting of all five, brand merchandise and light meals for sharing.
